Local progress and cloud backups are different
Local progress belongs to this browser profile and site address. Clearing site data, using another browser or switching between staging and production can leave you without that local progress. File imports are also stored on the device.
Cloud backup uploads and restores are explicit account actions. Playing does not automatically synchronize every game or every saved state.
Which games are supported?
Plus cloud-progress backups cover Sammy, Bud Redhead, Lost Idols and Dig McDug. They store supported unlocks and scores, rather than a complete mid-game save state. Original-game files, emulator saves and Captain Claw or Bookworm imports are not included.
Feudalism II has its own campaign save download/import flow. Download its JSON while in town; load it on the new host and create a new invite. Keep that file safe.
Back up this browser’s progress
- Sign in to your account ↗ in the browser where you played.
- In Cloud progress, find the supported game and check its backup status.
- Choose Upload. If a backup already exists, review the replacement confirmation first.
- Wait for the upload-complete message before switching devices.
Uploading requires eligible cloud access. Your local progress remains on this browser. Do not replace a newer cloud backup with an older device’s progress without reviewing it.
Restore on another device
- Open the same site address and sign in to the same account on the destination device.
- Check the game’s cloud backup and choose Restore.
- Review the confirmation: current local progress is backed up locally before replacement.
- Reload the game tab after restoring. The account also offers an undo for the last restore on that browser.
A restore replaces this browser’s supported progress; it does not merge scores or add missing original files. If there is no cloud backup yet, return to the device with your progress and upload it first.
Download a copy or end your plan
Use Download in the account’s Cloud progress section to keep a JSON copy of an existing backup. Existing backups remain readable and downloadable after the plan ends; new uploads require eligible cloud access. Local progress stays in your browser.
A downloaded progress JSON is different from a Feudalism campaign save and from an original game’s native save. It does not include imported game files.
Before deleting data or an account
Keep any backup downloads and original files you need. Deleting an account can remove access to its cloud records and permanently forfeit account-bound Lifetime access. Read the account’s deletion confirmation before proceeding.
