Information used by the service

We store account identity and verification information, subscription references and access status, supported cloud progress, remix projects and their membership, agent grants, and support or rights requests you submit. Google sign-in provides account identity when you choose it. Stripe handles checkout and billing details; do not send card numbers through our support form.

Browser storage

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and validate private or paid access. Browser storage remembers game progress, preferences and room reconnection information. The shared game preview uses a signed HttpOnly cookie and server usage records. Removing browser storage can remove local progress; it does not necessarily reset the preview allowance.

Preview limits and security

The shared ten-minute preview across all games and modes counts elapsed time while the server room is playing; pauses and menus do not use the allowance. A daily keyed network grant prevents cookie clearing on the same network from obtaining another allowance that day; IPv6 addresses are grouped by /64. The trial grant tables store keyed network values rather than raw IP addresses. Shared networks share this allowance. Cloudflare and the application use request information, including network addresses, for hosting, authentication and rate limiting.

Service providers and private projects

Cloudflare hosts the service and its databases. Google provides optional sign-in, and Stripe processes payments. Remix members see content shared within their project. Authorized coding agents receive only the project permissions you grant; custom build execution has no account, billing or other project bindings. Revoke a connection through your project when it is no longer needed.

Requests and retention

Account, purchase, project and support records are retained to operate the service, resolve requests and protect against abuse. Contact Support for privacy, correction or deletion requests. No fixed automatic deletion period or guaranteed response time is promised here. Export important progress and projects before requesting deletion.
