Game names, artwork, music and original software remain the property of their respective owners. Retro Hideout is independent and does not claim publisher endorsement. Browser recreation, demo, trial and abandonware labels do not establish a license.
Catalogue approach
We check official publishers and licensed stores when reviewing games. Current availability, edition and supplied resources are recorded individually. Our archive approach considers older unavailable games and reviews owner requests for attribution, permission information or removal. It does not claim that every title is licensed or in the public domain.
We may disable disputed material during review and replace it with an official destination. Reinstatement requires recorded evidence. Availability and takedown procedures do not themselves establish copyright permission.
